1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Felt Ledger (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Felt Ledger is a poker session tracking application for iOS devices. The App allows users to log poker sessions, track performance metrics, maintain a game journal, and view trend analysis through configurable graphs. The App is designed as a personal record-keeping tool and does not facilitate or encourage gambling.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Account & Data
The App does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and iCloud account.
5. In-App Purchases
The App is free to download and use. Certain premium features may be available through a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
- Premium features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account.
- We reserve the right to modify premium feature offerings at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal poker session tracking. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Felt Ledger and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is a tracking tool only and does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inaccuracies in session tracking.
10. Data Loss
While we strive to provide a reliable application, we are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, software issues, iCloud sync errors, or any other cause. We recommend regularly backing up your device.
11. Responsible Gaming
Felt Ledger is a session tracking and analysis tool. It is not a gambling platform and does not facilitate gambling in any way. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their poker activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
