Felt Ledger ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Felt Ledger mobile application (the "App").

2.1 Data You Provide
When you use the App, you may voluntarily enter:
- Session data — buy-in, cash-out, stakes, game type, venue, and duration
- Journal entries — notes, sentiment, and mindset reflections
- Preferences — display settings, graph configurations, and notification preferences
2.2 Data Stored on Your Device & iCloud
All poker session data, journal entries, and app settings are stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synced to your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
2.3 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your session data and journal entries are used solely within the App to:
- Display performance graphs and trend analysis
- Calculate win rates, hourly rates, and session statistics
- Show journal entries alongside session results for pattern analysis
- Sync your data across your personal devices via iCloud
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Apple iCloud — for syncing data across your devices. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your payment information.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS security features including device encryption and app sandboxing. iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data remains on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the App from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you may also need to remove data from iCloud storage via your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
